Over time, I started working closer to the operations side of businesses — seeing how systems actually get used day-to-day, not just how they’re built.
Now, I don’t look at funnels or automation as separate pieces. I look at how everything connects — from how a lead comes in, to how it’s followed up, qualified, and moved through the pipeline.
Because most of the time, the issue isn’t the funnel itself — it’s what happens after.
